The Workflow

Please specify the details of your request from our “Contact” page.
Direct contact with our staff via e-mail/Zoom video conference to discuss about the project further
(If available, please provide the necessary reference/key materials to be used in the creation)
Begin rough draft creation. (Deadline is set at 7 business days)
*Draft submission time may vary during busy periods
Rough draft completion. Once the design is confirmed, 50% of the payment is required to be paid in advance
After receiving the payment, begin main data creation. (Deadline of 7 business days)
*Additional fee will be charged should there be any request to change the design during this period.
Submission of the completed main design data in digital format.
(Illustration, POP advertisement, menu, etc)
*Illustrations with a resolution of 300dpi and above will be submitted in .jpeg format
*Advertisement, menu, and posters will be submitted in .pdf format
